I cannot say enough about how fantastic The Shop is! They are not only a great auto shop, but one with integrity. Steven and Jacob were so amazing. I went in to have my wheel barring replaced. I told them about my experience at Meineke and that they just did the brakes... Jacob found that the brake job I just had done by Meineke (Don't ever go there for anything!) reused old hardware and was missing pieces, and that a tire was missing a lug nut because they stripped the bolt! Jacob was so nice and fixed all of Meineke's mistakes for free, made sure to show me what the bad parts looked like compared to the new ones, AND without me asking, took pics of the awful job Meineke did (along with notes) so that I could make formal complaints to the company. To top it off, they gave me an amazing deal on the wheel barring replacement! They 100% have my business from here on out. Thank you for making sure my car was taken care of and safe to drive 🚗👨🔧💙
These are the most honest and hardworking people you’ll ever meet. my sister and I are for Cincinnati and we were in the area to purchase a car from carvana (I KNOW) we got it and went to find the first body shop that would take us. first every other body shop only works on specific cars then the others that we did find in the area had a wait till next week. We called them they said they were about to close but will take us for a inspection. we went there they said this is a “no go car “had a previous accident that we were not aware of problems with the oil and bunch of other things that was never explained to us. They are so nice hardworking and knowledgeable they told us to take this care back and get a new one or DONT BUY FROM CARVANA EVER. The people there are the best . “Always go somewhere you can trust” these are those people thank you so much for all your help

The shop is definitely a place I will recommend Steven,Jacob and the staff made me feel good about bringing my car in. I had a new engine put in my Kia sorento they fixed it so quick and my car runs as good as when I bought it brand new. They also Educated more about my car things the car dealer ship won’t tell you. If you want to best service you have to visit the shop.
Our Prius was acting like the hybrid battery was problematic. We called around and found The Shop who could get it in and diagnose it for us. It ended up being the accessory battery. We appreciated the communications, and quick turn around of the car. I highly recommend this business.
Couldn’t have asked for better service! The staff at ‘The Shop’ are all top notch and knowledgeable. Very welcoming and friendly. Keeping myself and my kiddos safe in my vehicle is most important and they took care of everything needed without breaking the bank! I will continue to have my vehicle serviced there in the future!

My mother-in-law had a fantastic experience with the shop regarding her car repairs. She specifically asked me to leave them a 5 star review on google. They efficiently addressed her oil cooler issue and they also proactively informed her about the condition of the brakes. Her car was fixed in one day! Previously, she had visited another shop expressing concerns about unusual noises when turning, but they failed to resolve the issue or notify her about the bad brakes during their inspection. My mother-in-law felt very comfortable communicating with the technician at this shop, which made the experience even better. Had my Highlander in to do an oil change after attempting myself. Turns out the last place I had it had tightened the oil filter to a Herculean level. Luckily the guys there were able to remove it without damaging the filter housing which was amazing. I have found my new permanent home for auto repair.
Very transparent about what your vehicle does and doesn’t need. Very rare that you find a shop that doesn’t try to squeeze money out of your pocket. Super friendly and very knowledgeable group as well!
They work wonders, had some pieces of my ignition coils left in the coil hole and they managed to get them out and cleared. Truly grateful for their mechanics I’ll be going there again!

These guys are great. They spent hours trying to find a problem with the shift column that had locked in reverse but apparently fixed itself and they still tried to find out why. After all the time spent, they charged us $0
An Honest and Reliable mechanic is difficult to find. The Shop provides both. Great experience overall. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to do any work done.
Had a vehicle brought to The Shop for a pre-purchase inspection. Steven was fantastic in working with me on scheduling and the inspection was exactly what I needed. He went through what he found and gave me the information I needed to make a decision. Used vehicles are never perfect, but having a mechanic you can trust help you understand both the current condition as well as what you can expect in terms of repairs down the road is super valuable. They were able to literally save Christmas by fixing my emergency breakdown on Christmas Eve! Fixed the problem quick and didn’t try to upsell me any BS. Then when I realized I forgot to apply a coupon to that fix they offered a free oil change to make it up. Excellent shop for any type of car!
My husband and I have had a great experience with this shop. Excellent brake job and fair prices. Once my electrical panel lit up with the trac off and check engine light. They found my gas cap wasn't tight enough and it caused a vacuum. I was relieved at the quick, easy fix. I would have had to pay $180 at the dealership to find out something simple like that. I wasn't even charged here at all :)
Steven and the mechanics at the shop are as honest as they come. Twice now I've come to them with "problems" that they've talked me out of wasting money on. They use good old fashion diagnostics to insure that they aren't just throwing parts at the problem to waste your time and money.
I would like to thank the guys at "The Shop" for helping me with my vehicle. They were honest and upfront about an issue I was having and instructed me on the steps I need to take to hopefully take care of my issue. Thanks so very much and I will recommend your shop. Above and Beyond!!!

Great experience with Steven and the rest of the crew at the Shop! Needed a new battery for a BMW. They exceeded my expectations with efficiency , knowledge and a little bit of fun thrown into the experience. I will definately return for future maintenance.
I have family members who have had excellent experiences with The Shop, so that's where I took my car after it broke down. Steven called me every day with detailed updates to what he was finding and what it would cost. He was kind and friendly, I felt informed and confident that my car was in good hands, and I feel the price I paid was extremely fair. Best of all, my car drives beautifully (and safely) again. I will absolutely be returning next time my car needs work.
The only place I would take my GMC diesel truck. They have always been fair priced and quick to get to me. My truck is used for work and is $80+ k to replace and they have always done me right.

Found them through google and the reviews are spot on. Brought a car I just purchased for a thorough inspection. They found a coolant leak and fixed it on the spot. They also found some issues that can be addressed later. Gave me some quotes and I will be able to budget it and come back. Now I can drive with some peace of mind. Bonus points: When they replace parts they keep the worn items to show you what was wrong. This kind of shop is far and few between. They earned my business. Give them a shot and I’m sure they’ll earn yours as well.
The customer service was amazing. Oil change was $49.95 for full synthetic oil.
Great experience at this place and very well ran. Had some problems with my truck was able to get me in the same day and have it ready 2 days later. This was seriously the first time someone has ever walked me through everything I had going on. Even offered to have there specialist come up as well if I wanted. When I went in to pick up my car they had everything laid out on the counter so I could visually see everything they had told me they were going to replace and had the team as well there. Mind blown!!!! I might add that before they did anything he even offered to let me take anywhere else and get an another opinion before doing anything. Hats off to these guys. Can't tell you enough how much I recommend this place.
Updated review!!!! Just had oil chg/tire rotation. First time the car didn’t need additional maintenance 😳😁. Highly recommend The Shop for professional maintenance and honest dealings. Get your ride ready for hot weather at The Shop.
Went here today to get my partner's car looked at and everyone was very nice. they worked pretty quickly despite being decently busy, and they let us know everything that was wrong with the car, without any charge for inspection. 10/10 will be coming back for any future vehicle needs.
