My family has brought a handful of cars to The Shop since they’ve opened and they always do great, solid work. Very fast, super honest, fair prices, and they actually take the time to explain what’s going on. It’s hard to find a place you can really trust with your car, but these guys have definitely earned it. They work hard!
I'm a long haul truck driver. I move to jeffersontow a couple months ago from South Carolina was in need of some work on my hyundai sonata 2012 2.0T limited with low miles. A friend of mines said they did good work and at reasonable prices. I Wasn't disappointed as a matter fact I have them doing some more work on my car next week. Thanks to the great people at the shop.

Addition to previous post: I have lived in Europe, the middle east and all over the U.S. During those 60 years I have had 38 cars and been to countless service centers...but The Shop SHOULD GET 6 STARS! They diagnosed and repaired things other mechanics could not find...and they found multiple other things that needed immediate attention I didn't know were developing and potentially serious problems.Skilled, caring and honest mechanics are a rare breed, but that's what you get with Steven and his team! THANK YOU! FRIENDLY EXPERIENCE AND QUALITY WORK! Having a knowledgeable mechanic you can trust is a rare find in any community. But my experience with "The Shop" in J-Town and with the owner, Steven, has been outstanding! I had two unrelated issues with my Ford Escape. In the most gracious and sincere way Steve kept me fully informed at all times, worked hard to find ways to reduce the cost and completed the work to the highest standards. Great people to work with. Got me a quote over the phone quickly, beat the prices of other nearby shops, fun to talk to. They even put us on a good barbecue place nearby. 2 weeks after service they reached out to make sure everything was still good with the service we received.

Im so overjoyed and relieved how the men at this shop helped me this morning. I always come here for my repairs. I was close by and my rear turn signal went out and I was in a panic. I pulled over to their shop and asked if they could repair it. They looked so busy. Not only did they come in the parking lot...IN THE POURING RAIN!! They got it fixed in 15 minutes. They always go above and beyond, and always explain everything and are beyond fair on cost. Exceptional service. Haven't seen this before and I'm 52. Brings me joy that someone raised these guys right. Definitely come here..especially the ladies too. Very respectful owner and a great business!
Was an awesome experience with some dudes that just love cars and love saving people time and money. Came in to have my ac evacuated so I could do some work on it and they offered to do a vacuum test to check for leaks, didn’t find any charged it up and got me on my way! Saved me a bunch of time and money replacing a compressor. Can’t thank the guys there enough!

First visit with my Toyota Tacoma small shop with great prices. Friendly staff, on my visit I witnessed the staff roll out the red carpet treatment for another customer who was upset she was waiting on a BMW that required a special part. The staff went out of their way to help her. Not only was I impressed by the service they provided her. I am giving them a five star review. I usually don’t take the time to leave reviews. But Wow this shop was great.
Service was fast, efficient, affordable and the customer service is beyond expectations.This is the third vehicle I’ve had serviced there and I plan to continue to be a customer at The Shop.
