I'm a long haul truck driver. I move to jeffersontow a couple months ago from South Carolina was in need of some work on my hyundai sonata 2012 2.0T limited with low miles. A friend of mines said they did good work and at reasonable prices. I Wasn't disappointed as a matter fact I have them doing some more work on my car next week. Thanks to the great people at the shop.
Best service in town, Super friendly staff, honest explanations, and top-quality work. My car runs great now. Highly recommend!
The shop is definitely a place I will recommend Steven,Jacob and the staff made me feel good about bringing my car in. I had a new engine put in my Kia sorento they fixed it so quick and my car runs as good as when I bought it brand new. They also Educated more about my car things the car dealer ship won’t tell you. If you want to best service you have to visit the shop.
You can trust these mechanics and that’s a hard thing to do these days. I have been misled by more than one shop. Honest, knowledgeable,and probably the cleanest garage lobby I’ve ever been in. I will definitely use them again when I need work.
I had a break down along the way and had to be here for a whole morning while waiting for repairs. It’s a healthy way to get to know the people who work there and see them make decisions. I was the only person waiting and they took notice. My repair was front loaded and they were cognizant of my needs. I also felt very comfortable with the decisions the owner made. Everything from personnel decisions to repair advice, he was pleasant to customers and employees alike. This is the type of place that will treat you fair and make you feel like you matter to them. I fully expect them to be a much larger shop in the future as they know how to do it right.
I'm sorry it took me so long to post this. You gus were unbelievably awesome and welcomeing. You guys got my brother and I back on the road so quick. We were able to enjoy our time in Kentucky, and rock out at louder than life. Thank you guys so much for the awesome help.🤘🏼

I've been in this shop several times and worked with Steven and Joey. They are always honest and great people to work with. Their mechanics in the shop are also very informative and make things easy to understand.
I had my car towed to the Shop when the power steering went out and they carved out time to look at it on the same day. It was an older car (2010 Dodge Caravan, 190,000 miles) with lots of cumulative problems so I ended up having it junked, but the mechanics provided a detailed diagnosis, discussed different options focusing on cost management, and had competitive prices. They also helped me make arrangements to sell the car (to a junkyard) and to have it towed there since this was new territory for me. So even though I didn't end up having any work done on my car I was impressed by their helpfulness and high level of professionalism and I have already recommended the Shop to others.

Found them through google and the reviews are spot on. Brought a car I just purchased for a thorough inspection. They found a coolant leak and fixed it on the spot. They also found some issues that can be addressed later. Gave me some quotes and I will be able to budget it and come back. Now I can drive with some peace of mind. Bonus points: When they replace parts they keep the worn items to show you what was wrong. This kind of shop is far and few between. They earned my business. Give them a shot and I’m sure they’ll earn yours as well.

They always get me together and don’t make me feel as if I need extra repairs but they will give me recommendations and the status of my cars condition upon completion of what I brought it in for!

Brakes were vibrating hard, and despite being very busy they got my car diagnosed, quoted and fixed in just a couple hours. All staff was very friendly and helped me understand everything that was wrong and why. Prices are very affordable and have longer warrenties than other shops. Overall 10/10
My family has brought a handful of cars to The Shop since they’ve opened and they always do great, solid work. Very fast, super honest, fair prices, and they actually take the time to explain what’s going on. It’s hard to find a place you can really trust with your car, but these guys have definitely earned it. They work hard!

Brought a Chevy Express van to The Shop on short notice—I'm in a band and we had shows coming up. Our brakes were completely destroyed, and AC barely working. They got it done super fast and did an amazing job. Super reliable, no issues on the road. Definitely saved us, quite literally!

Addition to previous post: I have lived in Europe, the middle east and all over the U.S. During those 60 years I have had 38 cars and been to countless service centers...but The Shop SHOULD GET 6 STARS! They diagnosed and repaired things other mechanics could not find...and they found multiple other things that needed immediate attention I didn't know were developing and potentially serious problems.Skilled, caring and honest mechanics are a rare breed, but that's what you get with Steven and his team! THANK YOU! FRIENDLY EXPERIENCE AND QUALITY WORK! Having a knowledgeable mechanic you can trust is a rare find in any community. But my experience with "The Shop" in J-Town and with the owner, Steven, has been outstanding! I had two unrelated issues with my Ford Escape. In the most gracious and sincere way Steve kept me fully informed at all times, worked hard to find ways to reduce the cost and completed the work to the highest standards. The guys at The Shop are knowledgeable. They don't overcharge for services or try to upsell you. Would recommend, 10 out of 10. I will definitely be returning here for all future service.

Was an awesome experience with some dudes that just love cars and love saving people time and money. Came in to have my ac evacuated so I could do some work on it and they offered to do a vacuum test to check for leaks, didn’t find any charged it up and got me on my way! Saved me a bunch of time and money replacing a compressor. Can’t thank the guys there enough!
