I had a great experience at The Shop. After having a check engine light pop up, I reached out to The Shop based on their excellent google review. They did not disappoint. Jacob was very communicative and thoroughly explained the issue and the repair when he called after the diagnosis. I feel that the repair was a very fair price and, more importantly, I trust their work. The Shop will be my first stop for future repair work, no question.
Service was fast, efficient, affordable and the customer service is beyond expectations.This is the third vehicle I’ve had serviced there and I plan to continue to be a customer at The Shop.
Everybody is super friendly and so helpful. They're quick and really look out for you. Fair prices, excellent service!
This establishment is top notch! My first time ever walking into this place, and I got treated like I was a regular! The guy at the desk (I apologize, I can’t remember his name) was extremely helpful, and explained the process from start to finish… and it went exactly as I was told. My car runs like a champ! Also extremely happy I could bring it in after 2p, and got it back, in plenty of time before they closed at 6p! Flawless victory! You have a repeat customer. Thank you so much!!

We had a great experience! I got to talk with the owner, he was professional, friendly, and assured me that my car was on good hands. He was right! My car is fixed and it cost so much less than we thought it would. The Shop is our new go to for all of our cars!
Very thorough mechanics. Owners Steve and Jacob very nice and upfront with explaining everything. It was a great experience and literally one of the best times I’ve had at an auto repair shop!
The guys at The Shop are knowledgeable. They don't overcharge for services or try to upsell you. Would recommend, 10 out of 10. I will definitely be returning here for all future service.
Love The Shop! Steven was so nice and did an awesome job at communicating and making sure I had all the information. They truly went above and beyond and I will definitely be coming back, but hopefully I won’t have to for a while 😂 Highly recommend!!
I've been in this shop several times and worked with Steven and Joey. They are always honest and great people to work with. Their mechanics in the shop are also very informative and make things easy to understand.
Wonderful group of people. They’re efficient, honest, and willing to inform you of any and all suggested repairs, but they don’t push sales or “you can’t drive like this” nonsense. The moment I drove after the repairs it feels like I ow a brand new car again. Thank you The Shop!
Top Notch Mechanics. The owner is great at seeing his business through the customers eyes. Can't beat the $49.00 oil change. This business will excel in all your Service needs. Top level parts are used for all repairs.

We've been bringing our cars (and truck!) here for a couple of years. These folks are great! They're honest and trustworthy, and have never tried to bs me or upsell me on parts. A#1 good guys - I recommend them to everyone!
Brakes were vibrating hard, and despite being very busy they got my car diagnosed, quoted and fixed in just a couple hours. All staff was very friendly and helped me understand everything that was wrong and why. Prices are very affordable and have longer warrenties than other shops. Overall 10/10
I had my car towed to the Shop when the power steering went out and they carved out time to look at it on the same day. It was an older car (2010 Dodge Caravan, 190,000 miles) with lots of cumulative problems so I ended up having it junked, but the mechanics provided a detailed diagnosis, discussed different options focusing on cost management, and had competitive prices. They also helped me make arrangements to sell the car (to a junkyard) and to have it towed there since this was new territory for me. So even though I didn't end up having any work done on my car I was impressed by their helpfulness and high level of professionalism and I have already recommended the Shop to others.
These guys are great. They spent hours trying to find a problem with the shift column that had locked in reverse but apparently fixed itself and they still tried to find out why. After all the time spent, they charged us $0

Found them through google and the reviews are spot on. Brought a car I just purchased for a thorough inspection. They found a coolant leak and fixed it on the spot. They also found some issues that can be addressed later. Gave me some quotes and I will be able to budget it and come back. Now I can drive with some peace of mind. Bonus points: When they replace parts they keep the worn items to show you what was wrong. This kind of shop is far and few between. They earned my business. Give them a shot and I’m sure they’ll earn yours as well.
Had an issue with my car starting and they solved the problem very quickly and had amazing service. Highly recommend if you are looking for an honest repair shop.
Addition to previous post: I have lived in Europe, the middle east and all over the U.S. During those 60 years I have had 38 cars and been to countless service centers...but The Shop SHOULD GET 6 STARS! They diagnosed and repaired things other mechanics could not find...and they found multiple other things that needed immediate attention I didn't know were developing and potentially serious problems.Skilled, caring and honest mechanics are a rare breed, but that's what you get with Steven and his team! THANK YOU! FRIENDLY EXPERIENCE AND QUALITY WORK! Having a knowledgeable mechanic you can trust is a rare find in any community. But my experience with "The Shop" in J-Town and with the owner, Steven, has been outstanding! I had two unrelated issues with my Ford Escape. In the most gracious and sincere way Steve kept me fully informed at all times, worked hard to find ways to reduce the cost and completed the work to the highest standards. One of the most challenging decisions for a car owner is trying to find a mechanic you can trust, work that is complete, and problems are solved. Well, let me help EVERYONE out, The Shop is hands down that garage. I took my Ram in with a horrible oil leak in the front end of the engine. Jacob Zimmerlee (being short staffed that day) took my truck back, diagnosed the problem, called me with a plan and did everything he said he’d do. Jacob had me ready to go the same day. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The Shop is the garage to go. I see 200 patients a week and I’m telling every one of them about The Shop.
We moved to the area about 18 months ago and have only used The Shop for our mechanic needs for our two cars. We have found the people to be extremely fair and professional and have been happy with their work. I really can't recommend them enough if you want a trustworthy garage that does great work. Had our Outback in today and the job turned out to be bigger than we anticipated but they still found the time to get it knocked out so we'd have the car for the weekend. Great service.
We've had our cars in a few times for random repairs and maintenance. My husband and I both have felt like they've been thorough and knowledgeable, as well as honest and respectable. We'll definitely keep coming back for future needs.
