Absolutely amazing service! They were able to take in my car to service instantly and talked me through issues they saw that weren't quite done correctly and made corrections for them super quick... also super personable staff!
Brought my car in because my radiator was leaking a lot. The team did a full diagnostic and gave me a quote on how much it would cost to fix. It was undoubtedly expensive so i didnt feel like doing it right now. I told that to them and they said there was no pressure and i didnt have to pay for the diagnostic. Very friendly and informative all around.
Can't say enough about these guys. Stephen and Jacob are awesome. The rack and pinion replacement they did for me around a year ago is driving great. And today they beat Amazon on the battery they sold us!

My wife and I recently moved to Fern Creek. Since we drive older cars, it's good to have a trustworthy mechanic close by. We happened to meet Steven through our new neighbor, and within about a month both of our cars needed some repair work. We decided to use "The Shop" and we are glad we did. Steven and his staff are courteous, fair, quite knowledgeable, and very accommodating. We are happy and relieved that we've found our new car guy.
An Auto repair shops can be found anywhere and some are even proficient but not many can do real auto repair like tearing down a busted engine barely running. My Mustang, after a 116,000 miles, needed just such a repair. The guys at The Shop not only tore my engine down and made the repair and thus saving the car but enhanced the power out put by making additional upgrades to the engine as they reassembled - the whole time sending me pictures of the repair. Such engine work is not everyday auto shop work and was far more than I would have trusted many to do. All the guys at The Shop love cars and know cars. I recommend them to all and trust them with both my cars. In addition to doing high level auto repair the guys at The Shop are a Pun of Fun

Most car repair shops aren’t to be trusted, they’re sleazy and liars for the most part. But not the shop, I found this place from a recommendation and I was delighted when I came here for service, everything was explained and compared to the previous labor I had on my vehicle, the price was outstanding, so I too, recommend this shop to anyone needing auto repairs or maintenance, this is an honest and affordable car repair shop.
10/10 service! Steven and his team are exactly who you want working on your vehicles. They are trustworthy and also able to fit you in at last minute notice. They are hard working and very up front and honest. If you don’t understand Steven and his experienced team will gladly sit down and explain things to you. Will always use this place for my car needs!
Service was fast, efficient, affordable and the customer service is beyond expectations. This is the second vehicle I’ve had serviced there and I plan to continue to be a customer at The Shop.
Steven and his team finished an oil change, tire rotation, air filter change, and a general car inspection promptly all while I was on my lunch break! The cherry on top is that this didn't break the bank. Steven also took the time to explain and show me what truly needs to be addressed with my car sooner than later. I've been overdue finding a reliable and knowledgeable mechanic for car maintenance but I finally found what I was looking for.

Transparent diagnostic processes and fair pricing. The distinction between safety related repairs and other issues that are going to be an upcoming needed repair. These guys give good advice on repairs and vehicle longevity in a time of inflated new car prices is prices, and that has real value these days.
Went there to get my oil changed today and my service was excellent. The guys was very knowledgeable and help with something that was also going on with my vehicle other the oil change. They did over charge me for anything and I will be a returning customer for sure.
Took 2009 honda ridgeline to be checked out before purchasing from honda world. Pointed out several small issues and I informed honda and saved money on the price of vehicle. Very nice and professional.
The Shop did an excellent job with the replacement of the brakes on our CRV! They were thorough in their explanation of the work they had done and the brakes are working perfectly! I appreciate the personal touch that you won’t get at other mechanic’s shops!
We were passing through Louisville to Chicago when we started to have car issues with our Honda Odyssey. The engine light was flashing, and we were panicking. Not knowing anyone in the area, we looked online and saw that "The Shop" had a rating of 5. I was skeptical that any business could have a perfect rating, but after another mechanic shop said they couldn't take our car for a week, we decided to give "The Shop" a try as we needed the car fixed ASAP. We gave "The Shop" a call, and Stephen took our call. He was super friendly and knowledgeable, immediately putting us at ease. He told us to bring the car in right away and mentioned they had "the Honda Expert" who could help. The team at "The Shop" did a thorough inspection and even found a part that needed to be replaced, which could have caused serious damage to the car. Their work was top-notch, and they communicated with us promptly throughout the process. Thanks to their help, we were able to get back on the road to Colorado with no more car issues. We are so grateful for their timely and excellent service. If you have trouble with your car, bring it to them. It will be in good hands, and you will not be disappointed.

Having a mechanic that is honest, knowledgeable, informative, and very easy to communicate with is priceless. Steven and his crew at The Shop are all these things. They did a couple of big jobs on my Honda Odyssey with great results. I had gone to a Honda dealer, who provided an estimate of repairs that for me, seemed excessive. I took it into The Shop and they gave it a once over. Helped trim out all the unnecessary work and beat the dealer on the cost of what did need to be done. If needed, I will confidently bring my family's vehicles and certainly give The Shop as a recommendation. Thanks and great work guys!
Steven and his staff are great! They understand how important my baby girl is to me and how important getting her serviced quickly and properly is to me. I trust them with my baby girl. (Baby Cruz) They have become her new pediatricians.
Incredibly impressed with this place. I called asking about having some brake work done and they told me to bring it in any morning and they would take care of it. The repairs ended up being a bit more involved than expected, but they still managed to get everything done that same day! They were very communicative about my repairs throughout the process. They sent pictures and provided updates. All the staff I dealt with were very friendly and knowledgeable, taking time to answer any questions or explain any repairs. The prices of services were fair and reasonable. I will be back for any future mechanic services.
I pulled in and thought I had a coolant leak. They checked it out and found nothing wrong. Very nice shop.

We were having break issues on our 2013 Ford F150. The Shop diagnosed the problem, gave us an estimate and our truck runs great now. They are reasonably priced, friendly and very professional!! I highly recommend them!!!
I recently had my car serviced at this company, and overall, I am very pleased with the results. My car runs perfectly now, thanks to their precise and high-quality work in replacing many parts. I absolutely recommend getting your car serviced or repaired here for the quality of the work alone. However, there were a few areas where the customer service could improve. The phone conversations were a bit rushed, and the explanations of the issues and necessary repairs felt hurried. Despite this, they did take the time to show me the parts that were replaced, which I greatly appreciated. They also walked my brother and I through the process a bit, this occurred in person upon picking up the vehicle. In summary, I would say that the exceptional quality of the service and the thoroughness of the repairs outweigh the minor customer service issues. I highly recommend this company for any car repairs or maintenance needs.
I thought I had a serious issue when it was really just the wrong bulb being placed incorrectly. Pricing was completely fair and customer service was amazing!! Will be coming back

My car had several things going on and I couldn't fix everything it needed. I heard about The Shop, on Taylorsville Rd. I went in and told them everything that I needed done and they said to bring it in. I had it towed to the shop and just 3 days later they had everything finished. I highly recommend them. As a matter of fact my son has his car over there now with a transmission problem, that a Ford dealer was going to charge a fortune for. Go see them if you need a mechanic, they are good people!!
