I had a great experience at The Shop. After having a check engine light pop up, I reached out to The Shop based on their excellent google review. They did not disappoint. Jacob was very communicative and thoroughly explained the issue and the repair when he called after the diagnosis. I had a break down along the way and had to be here for a whole morning while waiting for repairs. It’s a healthy way to get to know the people who work there and see them make decisions. I was the only person waiting and they took notice. My repair was front loaded and they were cognizant of my needs. I also felt very comfortable with the decisions the owner made. Everything from personnel decisions to repair advice, he was pleasant to customers and employees alike. This is the type of place that will treat you fair and make you feel like you matter to them. I fully expect them to be a much larger shop in the future as they know how to do it right.
