My CLK had not been driven for about a year and the brakes were not working well.

Had an issue with my car starting and they solved the problem very quickly and had amazing service. Highly recommend if you are looking for an honest repair shop.

I had a great experience at The Shop. After having a check engine light pop up, I reached out to The Shop based on their excellent google review. They did not disappoint. Jacob was very communicative and thoroughly explained the issue and the repair when he called after the diagnosis. I feel that the repair was a very fair price and, more importantly, I trust their work. The Shop will be my first stop for future repair work, no question.

We moved to the area about 18 months ago and have only used The Shop for our mechanic needs for our two cars. We have found the people to be extremely fair and professional and have been happy with their work. I really can't recommend them enough if you want a trustworthy garage that does great work. Had our Outback in today and the job turned out to be bigger than we anticipated but they still found the time to get it knocked out so we'd have the car for the weekend. Great service.

Great people to work with. Got me a quote over the phone quickly, beat the prices of other nearby shops, fun to talk to. They even put us on a good barbecue place nearby. 2 weeks after service they reached out to make sure everything was still good with the service we received.

Wonderful mechanic! Got me in for an oil change before closing, even though I was late arriving since I was stuck in traffic after work. My mother also used this mechanic and they saved her from losing her tire after a different mechanic shop left a long hammer in the underside of her car. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have gone to many mechanics in many different cities over the past 20+ years and this place is hands down the best

They always get me together and don’t make me feel as if I need extra repairs but they will give me recommendations and the status of my cars condition upon completion of what I brought it in for!

I've been to the shop before and came back because they did a great job the first time. Most recently, my car was having issues with no warning lights, and they were able to diagnose the problem the same day I dropped it off. They explained everything clearly, gave helpful recommendations, and never pressured me into an expensive service that was not necessary. As long as I live in Louisville I'll bring my car here. If you have an Audi, bring it here over the dealer, better in every way.

This establishment is top notch! My first time ever walking into this place, and I got treated like I was a regular! The guy at the desk (I apologize, I can’t remember his name) was extremely helpful, and explained the process from start to finish… and it went exactly as I was told. My car runs like a champ! Also extremely happy I could bring it in after 2p, and got it back, in plenty of time before they closed at 6p! Flawless victory! You have a repeat customer. Thank you so much!!

My family has brought a handful of cars to The Shop since they’ve opened and they always do great, solid work. Very fast, super honest, fair prices, and they actually take the time to explain what’s going on. It’s hard to find a place you can really trust with your car, but these guys have definitely earned it. They work hard!

One of the most challenging decisions for a car owner is trying to find a mechanic you can trust, work that is complete, and problems are solved. Well, let me help EVERYONE out, The Shop is hands down that garage. I took my Ram in with a horrible oil leak in the front end of the engine. Jacob Zimmerlee (being short staffed that day) took my truck back, diagnosed the problem, called me with a plan and did everything he said he’d do. Jacob had me ready to go the same day. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The Shop is the garage to go. I see 200 patients a week and I’m telling every one of them about The Shop.

We had a great experience! I got to talk with the owner, he was professional, friendly, and assured me that my car was on good hands. He was right! My car is fixed and it cost so much less than we thought it would. The Shop is our new go to for all of our cars!

Brakes were vibrating hard, and despite being very busy they got my car diagnosed, quoted and fixed in just a couple hours. All staff was very friendly and helped me understand everything that was wrong and why. Prices are very affordable and have longer warrenties than other shops. Overall 10/10

I had my car towed to the Shop when the power steering went out and they carved out time to look at it on the same day. It was an older car (2010 Dodge Caravan, 190,000 miles) with lots of cumulative problems so I ended up having it junked, but the mechanics provided a detailed diagnosis, discussed different options focusing on cost management, and had competitive prices. They also helped me make arrangements to sell the car (to a junkyard) and to have it towed there since this was new territory for me. So even though I didn't end up having any work done on my car I was impressed by their helpfulness and high level of professionalism and I have already recommended the Shop to others.

So friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. Super quick and didn't overcharge like most places.. I think I've found my new go to shop for all my auto repair needs.. highly recommend them to anyone who needs any auto repairs.. thank you so much for being so quick and not overcharging me like most auto repair places! I will be back for sure! My starter apparently was really bad off and they said it had no life in it at all. So glad there is an honest shop close by.

Was an awesome experience with some dudes that just love cars and love saving people time and money. Came in to have my ac evacuated so I could do some work on it and they offered to do a vacuum test to check for leaks, didn’t find any charged it up and got me on my way! Saved me a bunch of time and money replacing a compressor. Can’t thank the guys there enough!

i brought my 2016 lexus is350 f sport in for some maintenance & a couple weeks later i noticed an oil leak. i took it back expecting to have to leave it for a while, but they took it in immediately, found the issue, topped off my oil, fixed it, & had me back on the road in less than 30 mins. turned out the oil drain plug gasket was defective. stuff happens, but what matters is how a shop handles it, & they handled it perfectly. no hassle, no charge, just took care of it. hard to find honest shops that stand behind their work like this. also worth mentioning, they’re always genuinely enthusiastic about working on my car like it’s something they actually enjoy getting into, not just another job. definitely earned my trust & i’ll keep bringing my car here.

You can trust these mechanics and that’s a hard thing to do these days. I have been misled by more than one shop. Honest, knowledgeable,and probably the cleanest garage lobby I’ve ever been in. I will definitely use them again when I need work.

I had a break down along the way and had to be here for a whole morning while waiting for repairs. It’s a healthy way to get to know the people who work there and see them make decisions. I was the only person waiting and they took notice. My repair was front loaded and they were cognizant of my needs. I also felt very comfortable with the decisions the owner made. Everything from personnel decisions to repair advice, he was pleasant to customers and employees alike. This is the type of place that will treat you fair and make you feel like you matter to them. I fully expect them to be a much larger shop in the future as they know how to do it right.

First visit with my Toyota Tacoma small shop with great prices. Friendly staff, on my visit I witnessed the staff roll out the red carpet treatment for another customer who was upset she was waiting on a BMW that required a special part. The staff went out of their way to help her. Not only was I impressed by the service they provided her. I am giving them a five star review. I usually don’t take the time to leave reviews. But Wow this shop was great.

They get the job done quickly at a very reasonable price. I think I’ve finally found a shop where I can confidently bring our cars whenever they need repairs. I’ll definitely recommend them to others looking for a reliable shop that won’t break the bank. Their team also seems to have great positive energy working together, which makes the experience even better.

Found them through google and the reviews are spot on. Brought a car I just purchased for a thorough inspection. They found a coolant leak and fixed it on the spot. They also found some issues that can be addressed later. Gave me some quotes and I will be able to budget it and come back. Now I can drive with some peace of mind. Bonus points: When they replace parts they keep the worn items to show you what was wrong. This kind of shop is far and few between. They earned my business. Give them a shot and I’m sure they’ll earn yours as well.

I'm a long haul truck driver. I move to jeffersontow a couple months ago from South Carolina was in need of some work on my hyundai sonata 2012 2.0T limited with low miles. A friend of mines said they did good work and at reasonable prices. I Wasn't disappointed as a matter fact I have them doing some more work on my car next week. Thanks to the great people at the shop.
