My second great experience at The Shop. Those guys do really great work, and in a professional and timely manner. Had a hole in the radiator on my RAV4. It was going to take a week or two at least at another place I checked, but I just couldn’t wait that long. Needed the car for a trip in 5 days. Just like my previous visit here they did a great reasonably priced job. Steven and the crew are excellent to work with.

I cannot say enough about how fantastic The Shop is! They are not only a great auto shop, but one with integrity. Steven and Jacob were so amazing. I went in to have my wheel barring replaced. I told them about my experience at Meineke and that they just did the brakes... Jacob found that the brake job I just had done by Meineke (Don't ever go there for anything!) reused old hardware and was missing pieces, and that a tire was missing a lug nut because they stripped the bolt! Jacob was so nice and fixed all of Meineke's mistakes for free, made sure to show me what the bad parts looked like compared to the new ones, AND without me asking, took pics of the awful job Meineke did (along with notes) so that I could make formal complaints to the company. To top it off, they gave me an amazing deal on the wheel barring replacement! They 100% have my business from here on out. Thank you for making sure my car was taken care of and safe to drive 🚗👨‍🔧💙

I had a new engine put in my Kia sorento they fixed it so quick and my car runs as good as when I bought it brand new. They also Educated more about my car things the car dealer ship won’t tell you. Im so overjoyed and relieved how the men at this shop helped me this morning. I always come here for my repairs. I was close by and my rear turn signal went out and I was in a panic. I pulled over to their shop and asked if they could repair it. They looked so busy. Not only did they come in the parking lot...IN THE POURING RAIN!! They got it fixed in 15 minutes. They always go above and beyond, and always explain everything and are beyond fair on cost. Exceptional service. Haven't seen this before and I'm 52. Brings me joy that someone raised these guys right. Definitely come here..especially the ladies too. Very respectful owner and a great business!

Had my Highlander in to do an oil change after attempting myself. Turns out the last place I had it had tightened the oil filter to a Herculean level. Luckily the guys there were able to remove it without damaging the filter housing which was amazing. I have found my new permanent home for auto repair.

Brakes were vibrating hard, and despite being very busy they got my car diagnosed, quoted and fixed in just a couple hours. All staff was very friendly and helped me understand everything that was wrong and why. Prices are very affordable and have longer warrenties than other shops. Overall 10/10

There's a reason The Shop's parking lot is perpetually packed, and it's not because the towering skeleton out front is a popular fellow: these guys know what they're doing, and they do it well. We have five vehicles, from my grandfather's aging F150 that's nearly as old as I am to a Fusion young enough to go to kindergarten to an ugly-but-running Town and Country, and The Shop's team of mechanics has provided excellent service to all of them. All of our automotive work is done by these guys now, and I recommend that you do the same.

My mother-in-law had a fantastic experience with the shop regarding her car repairs. She specifically asked me to leave them a 5 star review on google. They efficiently addressed her oil cooler issue and they also proactively informed her about the condition of the brakes. Her car was fixed in one day! Previously, she had visited another shop expressing concerns about unusual noises when turning, but they failed to resolve the issue or notify her about the bad brakes during their inspection. My mother-in-law felt very comfortable communicating with the technician at this shop, which made the experience even better. I had a break down along the way and had to be here for a whole morning while waiting for repairs. It’s a healthy way to get to know the people who work there and see them make decisions. I was the only person waiting and they took notice. My repair was front loaded and they were cognizant of my needs. I also felt very comfortable with the decisions the owner made. Everything from personnel decisions to repair advice, he was pleasant to customers and employees alike. This is the type of place that will treat you fair and make you feel like you matter to them. I fully expect them to be a much larger shop in the future as they know how to do it right.

This place is great and would definitely recommend it to anyone. I have used them a few times already and haven't had any issues come from their work. First off the staff is super friendly and helpful which puts you at ease. Secondly they will diagnose your car and break it down for you on what specifically is wrong and not try and upsell you on what you wouldn't need. They also run car fax reports on your car to see what maintenance should be done on your car to help maintain and prolong the life of your car. They also follow up after they have done the service to check to make sure no issues have come up. If your looking for a new place to take your car, check them out you will not be disappointed.

Steven (The owner) was recommended to me by a friend for a tune up and eval on my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. I could not have asked for better service and transparency from Steven and his crew. They went ahead and gave me a run down on the price for the services my truck needed before pulling the trigger on the repairs, and educated me along the process. The entire process was smooth, honest, and quite efficient. Had everything taken care of within a day, and I told them they could take their time with my truck. I will only be taking my truck to this shop from here on out.
