The best service I have had at a car shop. The Shop has gone above and beyond to make sure my car is taken care of. The quality of work is great but the customer service is even better!

I'm a long haul truck driver. I move to jeffersontow a couple months ago from South Carolina was in need of some work on my hyundai sonata 2012 2.0T limited with low miles. A friend of mines said they did good work and at reasonable prices. I Wasn't disappointed as a matter fact I have them doing some more work on my car next week. Thanks to the great people at the shop.

I've been in this shop several times and worked with Steven and Joey. They are always honest and great people to work with. Their mechanics in the shop are also very informative and make things easy to understand.
We take both of our vehicles to Steven and his crew and are very pleased with their service and price. I feel they are very trustworthy, honest and fair.

They always get me together and don’t make me feel as if I need extra repairs but they will give me recommendations and the status of my cars condition upon completion of what I brought it in for!
Addition to previous post: I have lived in Europe, the middle east and all over the U.S. During those 60 years I have had 38 cars and been to countless service centers...but The Shop SHOULD GET 6 STARS! They diagnosed and repaired things other mechanics could not find...and they found multiple other things that needed immediate attention I didn't know were developing and potentially serious problems.Skilled, caring and honest mechanics are a rare breed, but that's what you get with Steven and his team! THANK YOU! FRIENDLY EXPERIENCE AND QUALITY WORK! Having a knowledgeable mechanic you can trust is a rare find in any community. But my experience with "The Shop" in J-Town and with the owner, Steven, has been outstanding! I had two unrelated issues with my Ford Escape. In the most gracious and sincere way Steve kept me fully informed at all times, worked hard to find ways to reduce the cost and completed the work to the highest standards. The shop just completed a tune up on my 20 year old Impala and it runs as well as it did 20 years ago. The price was right and the guys made a couple recommendations on doing two more details to the work. It runs better than ever. My sister takes both her cars to The Shop too and I plan to take my car there from now on.
Wonderful mechanic! Got me in for an oil change before closing, even though I was late arriving since I was stuck in traffic after work. My mother also used this mechanic and they saved her from losing her tire after a different mechanic shop left a long hammer in the underside of her car. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have gone to many mechanics in many different cities over the past 20+ years and this place is hands down the best
You can trust these mechanics and that’s a hard thing to do these days. I have been misled by more than one shop. Honest, knowledgeable,and probably the cleanest garage lobby I’ve ever been in. I will definitely use them again when I need work.

This establishment is top notch! My first time ever walking into this place, and I got treated like I was a regular! The guy at the desk (I apologize, I can’t remember his name) was extremely helpful, and explained the process from start to finish… and it went exactly as I was told. My car runs like a champ! Also extremely happy I could bring it in after 2p, and got it back, in plenty of time before they closed at 6p! Flawless victory! You have a repeat customer. Thank you so much!!
They get the job done quickly at a very reasonable price. I think I’ve finally found a shop where I can confidently bring our cars whenever they need repairs. I’ll definitely recommend them to others looking for a reliable shop that won’t break the bank. Their team also seems to have great positive energy working together, which makes the experience even better.
The guys at The Shop are knowledgeable. They don't overcharge for services or try to upsell you. Would recommend, 10 out of 10. I will definitely be returning here for all future service.
We've had our cars in a few times for random repairs and maintenance. My husband and I both have felt like they've been thorough and knowledgeable, as well as honest and respectable. We'll definitely keep coming back for future needs.

Was an awesome experience with some dudes that just love cars and love saving people time and money. Came in to have my ac evacuated so I could do some work on it and they offered to do a vacuum test to check for leaks, didn’t find any charged it up and got me on my way! Saved me a bunch of time and money replacing a compressor. Can’t thank the guys there enough!
We had a great experience! I got to talk with the owner, he was professional, friendly, and assured me that my car was on good hands. He was right! My car is fixed and it cost so much less than we thought it would. The Shop is our new go to for all of our cars!
My family has brought a handful of cars to The Shop since they’ve opened and they always do great, solid work. Very fast, super honest, fair prices, and they actually take the time to explain what’s going on. It’s hard to find a place you can really trust with your car, but these guys have definitely earned it. They work hard!

So friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. Super quick and didn't overcharge like most places.. I will be back for sure! My starter apparently was really bad off and they said it had no life in it at all. So glad there is an honest shop close by.

One of the most challenging decisions for a car owner is trying to find a mechanic you can trust, work that is complete, and problems are solved. Well, let me help EVERYONE out, The Shop is hands down that garage. I took my Ram in with a horrible oil leak in the front end of the engine. Jacob Zimmerlee (being short staffed that day) took my truck back, diagnosed the problem, called me with a plan and did everything he said he’d do. Jacob had me ready to go the same day. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The Shop is the garage to go. I see 200 patients a week and I’m telling every one of them about The Shop.

Top Notch Mechanics. The owner is great at seeing his business through the customers eyes. Can't beat the $49.00 oil change. This business will excel in all your Service needs. Top level parts are used for all repairs.
i brought my 2016 lexus is350 f sport in for some maintenance & a couple weeks later i noticed an oil leak. i took it back expecting to have to leave it for a while, but they took it in immediately, found the issue, topped off my oil, fixed it, & had me back on the road in less than 30 mins. turned out the oil drain plug gasket was defective. stuff happens, but what matters is how a shop handles it, & they handled it perfectly. no hassle, no charge, just took care of it. hard to find honest shops that stand behind their work like this. also worth mentioning, they’re always genuinely enthusiastic about working on my car like it’s something they actually enjoy getting into, not just another job. definitely earned my trust & i’ll keep bringing my car here.
Found them through google and the reviews are spot on. Brought a car I just purchased for a thorough inspection. They found a coolant leak and fixed it on the spot. They also found some issues that can be addressed later. Gave me some quotes and I will be able to budget it and come back. Now I can drive with some peace of mind. Bonus points: When they replace parts they keep the worn items to show you what was wrong. This kind of shop is far and few between. They earned my business. Give them a shot and I’m sure they’ll earn yours as well.
Such a great shop, the owner is so incredibly welcoming and kind. I look forward to taking my car here again if needed!
