I'm sorry it took me so long to post this. You gus were unbelievably awesome and welcomeing. You guys got my brother and I back on the road so quick. We were able to enjoy our time in Kentucky, and rock out at louder than life. Thank you guys so much for the awesome help.🤘🏼

Wonderful mechanic! Got me in for an oil change before closing, even though I was late arriving since I was stuck in traffic after work. My mother also used this mechanic and they saved her from losing her tire after a different mechanic shop left a long hammer in the underside of her car. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have gone to many mechanics in many different cities over the past 20+ years and this place is hands down the best
Im so overjoyed and relieved how the men at this shop helped me this morning. I always come here for my repairs. I was close by and my rear turn signal went out and I was in a panic. I pulled over to their shop and asked if they could repair it. They looked so busy. Not only did they come in the parking lot...IN THE POURING RAIN!! They got it fixed in 15 minutes. They always go above and beyond, and always explain everything and are beyond fair on cost. Exceptional service. Haven't seen this before and I'm 52. Brings me joy that someone raised these guys right. Definitely come here..especially the ladies too. Very respectful owner and a great business!
My CLK had not been driven for about a year and the brakes were not working well.
Service was fast, efficient, affordable and the customer service is beyond expectations.This is the third vehicle I’ve had serviced there and I plan to continue to be a customer at The Shop.
The best service I have had at a car shop. The Shop has gone above and beyond to make sure my car is taken care of. The quality of work is great but the customer service is even better!
I had a break down along the way and had to be here for a whole morning while waiting for repairs. It’s a healthy way to get to know the people who work there and see them make decisions. I was the only person waiting and they took notice. My repair was front loaded and they were cognizant of my needs. I also felt very comfortable with the decisions the owner made. Everything from personnel decisions to repair advice, he was pleasant to customers and employees alike. This is the type of place that will treat you fair and make you feel like you matter to them. I fully expect them to be a much larger shop in the future as they know how to do it right.
I'm a long haul truck driver. I move to jeffersontow a couple months ago from South Carolina was in need of some work on my hyundai sonata 2012 2.0T limited with low miles. A friend of mines said they did good work and at reasonable prices. I Wasn't disappointed as a matter fact I have them doing some more work on my car next week. Thanks to the great people at the shop.
Very honest and upfront. Called me to lmk what was don’t on several times, very convenient.
Knowledgeable, fair pricing, and good communication. They completed work on my vehicle in a timely manner, and went above and beyond to make sure my mom was completely satisfied with a large amount of repairs needed on her vehicle.
I've been in this shop several times and worked with Steven and Joey. They are always honest and great people to work with. Their mechanics in the shop are also very informative and make things easy to understand.
So friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. Super quick and didn't overcharge like most places.. I think I've found my new go to shop for all my auto repair needs.. highly recommend them to anyone who needs any auto repairs.. thank you so much for being so quick and not overcharging me like most auto repair places! I will be back for sure! My starter apparently was really bad off and they said it had no life in it at all. So glad there is an honest shop close by.
Wonderful group of people. They’re efficient, honest, and willing to inform you of any and all suggested repairs, but they don’t push sales or “you can’t drive like this” nonsense. The moment I drove after the repairs it feels like I ow a brand new car again. Thank you The Shop!

First visit with my Toyota Tacoma small shop with great prices. Friendly staff, on my visit I witnessed the staff roll out the red carpet treatment for another customer who was upset she was waiting on a BMW that required a special part. The staff went out of their way to help her. Not only was I impressed by the service they provided her. I am giving them a five star review. I usually don’t take the time to leave reviews. But Wow this shop was great.

We had a great experience! I got to talk with the owner, he was professional, friendly, and assured me that my car was on good hands. He was right! My car is fixed and it cost so much less than we thought it would. The Shop is our new go to for all of our cars!

I had my car towed to the Shop when the power steering went out and they carved out time to look at it on the same day. It was an older car (2010 Dodge Caravan, 190,000 miles) with lots of cumulative problems so I ended up having it junked, but the mechanics provided a detailed diagnosis, discussed different options focusing on cost management, and had competitive prices. They also helped me make arrangements to sell the car (to a junkyard) and to have it towed there since this was new territory for me. So even though I didn't end up having any work done on my car I was impressed by their helpfulness and high level of professionalism and I have already recommended the Shop to others.
The guys here are the nicest and made everything so easy! I’ve recommended them to all my friends because I trust their work so much!
Very thorough mechanics. Owners Steve and Jacob very nice and upfront with explaining everything. It was a great experience and literally one of the best times I’ve had at an auto repair shop!
The shop just completed a tune up on my 20 year old Impala and it runs as well as it did 20 years ago. The price was right and the guys made a couple recommendations on doing two more details to the work. It runs better than ever. My sister takes both her cars to The Shop too and I plan to take my car there from now on.
You can trust these mechanics and that’s a hard thing to do these days. I have been misled by more than one shop. Honest, knowledgeable,and probably the cleanest garage lobby I’ve ever been in. I will definitely use them again when I need work.
We've been bringing our cars (and truck!) here for a couple of years. These folks are great! They're honest and trustworthy, and have never tried to bs me or upsell me on parts. A#1 good guys - I recommend them to everyone!
Brakes were vibrating hard, and despite being very busy they got my car diagnosed, quoted and fixed in just a couple hours. All staff was very friendly and helped me understand everything that was wrong and why. Prices are very affordable and have longer warrenties than other shops. Overall 10/10

Top Notch Mechanics. The owner is great at seeing his business through the customers eyes. Can't beat the $49.00 oil change. This business will excel in all your Service needs. Top level parts are used for all repairs.
Addition to previous post: I have lived in Europe, the middle east and all over the U.S. During those 60 years I have had 38 cars and been to countless service centers...but The Shop SHOULD GET 6 STARS! They diagnosed and repaired things other mechanics could not find...and they found multiple other things that needed immediate attention I didn't know were developing and potentially serious problems.Skilled, caring and honest mechanics are a rare breed, but that's what you get with Steven and his team! THANK YOU! FRIENDLY EXPERIENCE AND QUALITY WORK! Having a knowledgeable mechanic you can trust is a rare find in any community. But my experience with "The Shop" in J-Town and with the owner, Steven, has been outstanding! I had two unrelated issues with my Ford Escape. In the most gracious and sincere way Steve kept me fully informed at all times, worked hard to find ways to reduce the cost and completed the work to the highest standards. Steven treated me like a long time friend and customer even though it was my first visit. "The Shop" will be my "go to" for all future services for both of my cars. THANK YOU Steven!
My family has brought a handful of cars to The Shop since they’ve opened and they always do great, solid work. Very fast, super honest, fair prices, and they actually take the time to explain what’s going on. It’s hard to find a place you can really trust with your car, but these guys have definitely earned it. They work hard!
I’ve been to these guys a couple of times for my Chevy Malibu. They always do good work. They do give information about the work that was done. Very detailed oriented.👍

This place is one the best shops around without doubt. I came in with a complicated two part issue on my camaro and instantly they scheduled, diagnosed, and got me back believing in local business again. Second car being dropped off next week.
