Was an awesome experience with some dudes that just love cars and love saving people time and money. Came in to have my ac evacuated so I could do some work on it and they offered to do a vacuum test to check for leaks, didnāt find any charged it up and got me on my way! Saved me a bunch of time and money replacing a compressor. Canāt thank the guys there enough!
I had a break down along the way and had to be here for a whole morning while waiting for repairs. Itās a healthy way to get to know the people who work there and see them make decisions. I was the only person waiting and they took notice. My repair was front loaded and they were cognizant of my needs. I also felt very comfortable with the decisions the owner made. Everything from personnel decisions to repair advice, he was pleasant to customers and employees alike. This is the type of place that will treat you fair and make you feel like you matter to them. I fully expect them to be a much larger shop in the future as they know how to do it right.
Knowledgeable, fair pricing, and good communication. They completed work on my vehicle in a timely manner, and went above and beyond to make sure my mom was completely satisfied with a large amount of repairs needed on her vehicle.
We had a great experience! I got to talk with the owner, he was professional, friendly, and assured me that my car was on good hands. He was right! My car is fixed and it cost so much less than we thought it would. The Shop is our new go to for all of our cars!

We moved to the area about 18 months ago and have only used The Shop for our mechanic needs for our two cars. We have found the people to be extremely fair and professional and have been happy with their work. I really can't recommend them enough if you want a trustworthy garage that does great work. Had our Outback in today and the job turned out to be bigger than we anticipated but they still found the time to get it knocked out so we'd have the car for the weekend. Great service.

Wonderful group of people. Theyāre efficient, honest, and willing to inform you of any and all suggested repairs, but they donāt push sales or āyou canāt drive like thisā nonsense. The moment I drove after the repairs it feels like I ow a brand new car again. Thank you The Shop!

Found them through google and the reviews are spot on. Brought a car I just purchased for a thorough inspection. They found a coolant leak and fixed it on the spot. They also found some issues that can be addressed later. Gave me some quotes and I will be able to budget it and come back. Now I can drive with some peace of mind. Bonus points: When they replace parts they keep the worn items to show you what was wrong. This kind of shop is far and few between. They earned my business. Give them a shot and Iām sure theyāll earn yours as well.

These guys are great. They spent hours trying to find a problem with the shift column that had locked in reverse but apparently fixed itself and they still tried to find out why. After all the time spent, they charged us $0
I've been in this shop several times and worked with Steven and Joey. They are always honest and great people to work with. Their mechanics in the shop are also very informative and make things easy to understand.

Brought a Chevy Express van to The Shop on short noticeāI'm in a band and we had shows coming up. Our brakes were completely destroyed, and AC barely working. They got it done super fast and did an amazing job. Super reliable, no issues on the road. Definitely saved us, quite literally!

We've been bringing our cars (and truck!) here for a couple of years. These folks are great! They're honest and trustworthy, and have never tried to bs me or upsell me on parts. A#1 good guys - I recommend them to everyone!
I've been to the shop before and came back because they did a great job the first time. Most recently, my car was having issues with no warning lights, and they were able to diagnose the problem the same day I dropped it off. They explained everything clearly, gave helpful recommendations, and never pressured me into an expensive service that was not necessary. As long as I live in Louisville I'll bring my car here. If you have an Audi, bring it here over the dealer, better in every way.
Had some trouble with the A/C on my wife's Hyundai Elantra, the technicians at The Shop were very helpful and were able to fix the problem at an extremely low price! We will certainly be using The Shop in the future if we have any more automotive care needs!

I'm a long haul truck driver. I move to jeffersontow a couple months ago from South Carolina was in need of some work on my hyundai sonata 2012 2.0T limited with low miles. A friend of mines said they did good work and at reasonable prices. I Wasn't disappointed as a matter fact I have them doing some more work on my car next week. Thanks to the great people at the shop.
