This place is great and would definitely recommend it to anyone. I have used them a few times already and haven't had any issues come from their work. First off the staff is super friendly and helpful which puts you at ease. Secondly they will diagnose your car and break it down for you on what specifically is wrong and not try and upsell you on what you wouldn't need. They also run car fax reports on your car to see what maintenance should be done on your car to help maintain and prolong the life of your car. They also follow up after they have done the service to check to make sure no issues have come up. If your looking for a new place to take your car, check them out you will not be disappointed.

Love the shop for all of my automotive needs. The staff is so attentive and knowledgable! They educate you on the work they are performing on your car and how to best take care of the vehicle. I bought my car used a year and a half ago, and it has been nothing but trouble. I’ve taken it to multiple places for various repairs. I brought it to The Shop initially for a transmission leak, but they identified and addressed other issues I had been dealing with. They communicated with me throughout the process and got my car running better than it did when I first bought it. I’ll be bringing my car here from now on!
They were able to literally save Christmas by fixing my emergency breakdown on Christmas Eve! Fixed the problem quick and didn’t try to upsell me any BS. Then when I realized I forgot to apply a coupon to that fix they offered a free oil change to make it up. Excellent shop for any type of car!

Went here today to get my partner's car looked at and everyone was very nice. they worked pretty quickly despite being decently busy, and they let us know everything that was wrong with the car, without any charge for inspection. 10/10 will be coming back for any future vehicle needs.

Moved back to J-Town. Passed this shop several times and had never stopped in. Needed some engine work done on my 96 Mustang GT. Explained the problem and was told they could take care of it. They completed the work in a timely manner and kept in contact with me the whole time the vehicle was there. The staff is very knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and professional. Would recommend this shop to any car person that wants quality work done. All my cars will be going here for any repairs.

The only place I would take my GMC diesel truck. They have always been fair priced and quick to get to me. My truck is used for work and is $80+ k to replace and they have always done me right.

The shop not only got my car looked at in a timely manner but we’re very transparent with exactly what was wrong and also did a thorough inspection and found a few other things that would have been safety concerns. They communicated very well, explained it to where I could understand and I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here with car troubles.
Steven was down to earth and very helpful. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of and I felt heard when I explained the weird sound I was hearing coming from my car. Their pricing was much cheaper than Meinike plus this is a local business. The Shop was able to assess and repair my car within 24 hours (serpentine belt replacement, oil change, gasket replacement, spark plug replacement). The inside of my car was not dirty nor did it smell of oil like some of the other shops I’ve used in the past. Also, I realized when I got home that I had left my backpack in the backseat the whole time that had personal information and my laptop inside and nothing was disturbed or missing. The Shop and Steven were friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. Definitely will be going back for future car repair needs. Heard of this business via word of mouth and I plan to spread the word too. Great experience!

Great service, and range of services. Great products, and, range of products with competitive pricing. (They saved me $35 on my battery alone) But for me, and, most importantly are the great people at ‘The Shop’. Fantastic customer service and support. Had my Highlander in to do an oil change after attempting myself. Turns out the last place I had it had tightened the oil filter to a Herculean level. Luckily the guys there were able to remove it without damaging the filter housing which was amazing. I have found my new permanent home for auto repair.

Honest and transparent with quality work! There’s a lot of anxiety bringing your vehicle in for a ‘noise’. A mechanic can tell you anything about what’s wrong and what’s needed. Luckily, Steven and his team diagnosed and fixed exactly what was wrong. They took the time to explain it with pictures. Was up front about the plan, timeframe and costs. It’s been a couple of weeks and the Jeep rides beautifully! I’m glad we have an honest and reliable shop in Jtown, and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
These are the most honest and hardworking people you’ll ever meet. my sister and I are for Cincinnati and we were in the area to purchase a car from carvana (I KNOW) we got it and went to find the first body shop that would take us. first every other body shop only works on specific cars then the others that we did find in the area had a wait till next week. We called them they said they were about to close but will take us for a inspection. we went there they said this is a “no go car “had a previous accident that we were not aware of problems with the oil and bunch of other things that was never explained to us. They are so nice hardworking and knowledgeable they told us to take this care back and get a new one or DONT BUY FROM CARVANA EVER. The people there are the best . “Always go somewhere you can trust” these are those people thank you so much for all your help
Will never go anywhere else since finding this place! Honest, professional, and courteous. After being disappointed and up charged by Ken towery, meineke, and valvoline over the years, this place does not disappoint. The giant skeleton outside doesn’t hurt either 😊

Had a vehicle brought to The Shop for a pre-purchase inspection. Steven was fantastic in working with me on scheduling and the inspection was exactly what I needed. He went through what he found and gave me the information I needed to make a decision. Used vehicles are never perfect, but having a mechanic you can trust help you understand both the current condition as well as what you can expect in terms of repairs down the road is super valuable. My second great experience at The Shop. Those guys do really great work, and in a professional and timely manner. Had a hole in the radiator on my RAV4. It was going to take a week or two at least at another place I checked, but I just couldn’t wait that long. Needed the car for a trip in 5 days. Just like my previous visit here they did a great reasonably priced job. Steven and the crew are excellent to work with.
