My mother-in-law had a fantastic experience with the shop regarding her car repairs. She specifically asked me to leave them a 5 star review on google. They efficiently addressed her oil cooler issue and they also proactively informed her about the condition of the brakes. Her car was fixed in one day! Previously, she had visited another shop expressing concerns about unusual noises when turning, but they failed to resolve the issue or notify her about the bad brakes during their inspection. My mother-in-law felt very comfortable communicating with the technician at this shop, which made the experience even better. Thank you for your exceptional service and for ensuring her safety on the road!
Great experience with Steven and the rest of the crew at the Shop! Needed a new battery for a BMW. They exceeded my expectations with efficiency , knowledge and a little bit of fun thrown into the experience. I will definately return for future maintenance.

Oil Housing Adaptor cracked resulting in Coolant/Oil leaking and mixing. The Shop got my vehicle in and repaired the next day after calling for a quote. Cost was the most competitive of a handful of quotes I received from other local repair shops. Would use again!

There's a reason The Shop's parking lot is perpetually packed, and it's not because the towering skeleton out front is a popular fellow: these guys know what they're doing, and they do it well. We have five vehicles, from my grandfather's aging F150 that's nearly as old as I am to a Fusion young enough to go to kindergarten to an ugly-but-running Town and Country, and The Shop's team of mechanics has provided excellent service to all of them. All of our automotive work is done by these guys now, and I recommend that you do the same.
The shop is definitely a place I will recommend Steven,Jacob and the staff made me feel good about bringing my car in. I had a new engine put in my Kia sorento they fixed it so quick and my car runs as good as when I bought it brand new. They also Educated more about my car things the car dealer ship won’t tell you. If you want to best service you have to visit the shop.

What turned out to be a false alarm, could have easily been a nightmare had it not been for the honesty and professionalism of the staff at The Shop. Highly recommend this establishment as they are both diligent and honest. We will continue to do business with The Shop!

steven was great, was able to pop my hood open when no one else could! fast, efficient and great service. will be going back. plus was able to walk across the street to the frozen yogurt shop (sweet savannahs) and cute little pet store (derby paws) and check them out while they were working on my car!

I have family members who have had excellent experiences with The Shop, so that's where I took my car after it broke down. Steven called me every day with detailed updates to what he was finding and what it would cost. He was kind and friendly, I felt informed and confident that my car was in good hands, and I feel the price I paid was extremely fair. Best of all, my car drives beautifully (and safely) again. I will absolutely be returning next time my car needs work.

Great experience at this place and very well ran. Had some problems with my truck was able to get me in the same day and have it ready 2 days later. This was seriously the first time someone has ever walked me through everything I had going on. Even offered to have there specialist come up as well if I wanted. When I went in to pick up my car they had everything laid out on the counter so I could visually see everything they had told me they were going to replace and had the team as well there. Mind blown!!!! I might add that before they did anything he even offered to let me take anywhere else and get an another opinion before doing anything. Hats off to these guys. Can't tell you enough how much I recommend this place.
Found them through google and the reviews are spot on. Brought a car I just purchased for a thorough inspection. They found a coolant leak and fixed it on the spot. They also found some issues that can be addressed later. Gave me some quotes and I will be able to budget it and come back. Now I can drive with some peace of mind. Bonus points: When they replace parts they keep the worn items to show you what was wrong. This kind of shop is far and few between. They earned my business. Give them a shot and I’m sure they’ll earn yours as well.

They work wonders, had some pieces of my ignition coils left in the coil hole and they managed to get them out and cleared. Truly grateful for their mechanics I’ll be going there again!

These are the most honest and hardworking people you’ll ever meet. my sister and I are for Cincinnati and we were in the area to purchase a car from carvana (I KNOW) we got it and went to find the first body shop that would take us. first every other body shop only works on specific cars then the others that we did find in the area had a wait till next week. We called them they said they were about to close but will take us for a inspection. we went there they said this is a “no go car “had a previous accident that we were not aware of problems with the oil and bunch of other things that was never explained to us. They are so nice hardworking and knowledgeable they told us to take this care back and get a new one or DONT BUY FROM CARVANA EVER. The people there are the best . “Always go somewhere you can trust” these are those people thank you so much for all your help

This place is great and would definitely recommend it to anyone. I have used them a few times already and haven't had any issues come from their work. First off the staff is super friendly and helpful which puts you at ease. Secondly they will diagnose your car and break it down for you on what specifically is wrong and not try and upsell you on what you wouldn't need. They also run car fax reports on your car to see what maintenance should be done on your car to help maintain and prolong the life of your car. They also follow up after they have done the service to check to make sure no issues have come up. If your looking for a new place to take your car, check them out you will not be disappointed.
Couldn’t have asked for better service! The staff at ‘The Shop’ are all top notch and knowledgeable. Very welcoming and friendly. Keeping myself and my kiddos safe in my vehicle is most important and they took care of everything needed without breaking the bank! I will continue to have my vehicle serviced there in the future!
I had my Honda civic serviced there and was taken care of so quickly! Tires were going bad and they replaced all four, did an alignment and replaced a wheel bearing that was much needed. My car drives so smoothly now and is much quieter. Also their prices are honest. I would visit here again and refer anyone to The Shop for their car needs! Thank you

Im so overjoyed and relieved how the men at this shop helped me this morning. I always come here for my repairs. I was close by and my rear turn signal went out and I was in a panic. I pulled over to their shop and asked if they could repair it. They looked so busy. Not only did they come in the parking lot...IN THE POURING RAIN!! They got it fixed in 15 minutes. They always go above and beyond, and always explain everything and are beyond fair on cost. Exceptional service. Haven't seen this before and I'm 52. Brings me joy that someone raised these guys right. Definitely come here..especially the ladies too. Very respectful owner and a great business!

Our Prius was acting like the hybrid battery was problematic. We called around and found The Shop who could get it in and diagnose it for us. It ended up being the accessory battery. We appreciated the communications, and quick turn around of the car. I highly recommend this business.
FRIENDLY EXPERIENCE AND QUALITY WORK! Having a knowledgeable mechanic you can trust is a rare find in any community. But my experience with "The Shop" in J-Town and with the owner, Steven, has been outstanding! I had two unrelated issues with my Ford Escape. In the most gracious and sincere way Steve kept me fully informed at all times, worked hard to find ways to reduce the cost and completed the work to the highest standards. These guys are great. They spent hours trying to find a problem with the shift column that had locked in reverse but apparently fixed itself and they still tried to find out why. After all the time spent, they charged us $0
When triple AAA tells you ten a thousand things take it to an honest wholehearted, call you back mechanic. It's above and beyond the call back. It is like no one around.We'll go to no other place and recommend no other one
