My second great experience at The Shop. Those guys do really great work, and in a professional and timely manner. Had a hole in the radiator on my RAV4. It was going to take a week or two at least at another place I checked, but I just couldn’t wait that long. Needed the car for a trip in 5 days. Just like my previous visit here they did a great reasonably priced job. Steven and the crew are excellent to work with.
Got a recommendation from a friend to go here, great guys, really honest and they know their stuff. Won’t be going anywhere else anytime soon.
The Shop offers great service with very polite & respectful associates. I would recommend this place of business to all my friends & family.
They were able to literally save Christmas by fixing my emergency breakdown on Christmas Eve! Fixed the problem quick and didn’t try to upsell me any BS. Then when I realized I forgot to apply a coupon to that fix they offered a free oil change to make it up. Excellent shop for any type of car!

Had my Highlander in to do an oil change after attempting myself. Turns out the last place I had it had tightened the oil filter to a Herculean level. Luckily the guys there were able to remove it without damaging the filter housing which was amazing. I have found my new permanent home for auto repair.
Very transparent and very good pricing compared to two other quotes I received from other competitors. They saved the old parts and showed me what they replaced and why it was needed. Thanks for the great service!

Love the shop for all of my automotive needs. The staff is so attentive and knowledgable! They educate you on the work they are performing on your car and how to best take care of the vehicle. You can tell these guys are sincere and want to do everything they can to help you. Will forever be a customer of theirs!
The customer service was amazing. Oil change was $49.95 for full synthetic oil.
What turned out to be a false alarm, could have easily been a nightmare had it not been for the honesty and professionalism of the staff at The Shop. Highly recommend this establishment as they are both diligent and honest. We will continue to do business with The Shop!

Our Prius was acting like the hybrid battery was problematic. We called around and found The Shop who could get it in and diagnose it for us. It ended up being the accessory battery. We appreciated the communications, and quick turn around of the car. I highly recommend this business.
My mother-in-law had a fantastic experience with the shop regarding her car repairs. She specifically asked me to leave them a 5 star review on google. They efficiently addressed her oil cooler issue and they also proactively informed her about the condition of the brakes. Her car was fixed in one day! Previously, she had visited another shop expressing concerns about unusual noises when turning, but they failed to resolve the issue or notify her about the bad brakes during their inspection. My mother-in-law felt very comfortable communicating with the technician at this shop, which made the experience even better. I cannot say enough about how fantastic The Shop is! They are not only a great auto shop, but one with integrity. Steven and Jacob were so amazing. I went in to have my wheel barring replaced. I told them about my experience at Meineke and that they just did the brakes... Jacob found that the brake job I just had done by Meineke (Don't ever go there for anything!) reused old hardware and was missing pieces, and that a tire was missing a lug nut because they stripped the bolt! Jacob was so nice and fixed all of Meineke's mistakes for free, made sure to show me what the bad parts looked like compared to the new ones, AND without me asking, took pics of the awful job Meineke did (along with notes) so that I could make formal complaints to the company. To top it off, they gave me an amazing deal on the wheel barring replacement! They 100% have my business from here on out. Thank you for making sure my car was taken care of and safe to drive 🚗👨🔧💙
Very straight shooting and caring! … After so so experiences elsewhere stopped in to discuss our vehicles needs and had several services performed on both vehicles. Great communication and quality work at a fair price. I would definitely recommend.
The shop is definitely a place I will recommend Steven,Jacob and the staff made me feel good about bringing my car in. I had a new engine put in my Kia sorento they fixed it so quick and my car runs as good as when I bought it brand new. They also Educated more about my car things the car dealer ship won’t tell you. If you want to best service you have to visit the shop.
Im so overjoyed and relieved how the men at this shop helped me this morning. I always come here for my repairs. I was close by and my rear turn signal went out and I was in a panic. I pulled over to their shop and asked if they could repair it. They looked so busy. Not only did they come in the parking lot...IN THE POURING RAIN!! They got it fixed in 15 minutes. They always go above and beyond, and always explain everything and are beyond fair on cost. Exceptional service. Haven't seen this before and I'm 52. Brings me joy that someone raised these guys right. Definitely come here..especially the ladies too. Very respectful owner and a great business!

They work wonders, had some pieces of my ignition coils left in the coil hole and they managed to get them out and cleared. Truly grateful for their mechanics I’ll be going there again!
Had a vehicle brought to The Shop for a pre-purchase inspection. Steven was fantastic in working with me on scheduling and the inspection was exactly what I needed. He went through what he found and gave me the information I needed to make a decision. Used vehicles are never perfect, but having a mechanic you can trust help you understand both the current condition as well as what you can expect in terms of repairs down the road is super valuable. I will continue to bring my business here. Highly recommend.

There's a reason The Shop's parking lot is perpetually packed, and it's not because the towering skeleton out front is a popular fellow: these guys know what they're doing, and they do it well. We have five vehicles, from my grandfather's aging F150 that's nearly as old as I am to a Fusion young enough to go to kindergarten to an ugly-but-running Town and Country, and The Shop's team of mechanics has provided excellent service to all of them. All of our automotive work is done by these guys now, and I recommend that you do the same.

The only place I would take my GMC diesel truck. They have always been fair priced and quick to get to me. My truck is used for work and is $80+ k to replace and they have always done me right.
Steven (The owner) was recommended to me by a friend for a tune up and eval on my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. I could not have asked for better service and transparency from Steven and his crew. They went ahead and gave me a run down on the price for the services my truck needed before pulling the trigger on the repairs, and educated me along the process. The entire process was smooth, honest, and quite efficient. Had everything taken care of within a day, and I told them they could take their time with my truck. I will only be taking my truck to this shop from here on out.
Great experience with Steven and the rest of the crew at the Shop! Needed a new battery for a BMW. They exceeded my expectations with efficiency , knowledge and a little bit of fun thrown into the experience. I will definately return for future maintenance.

Steven and the mechanics at the shop are as honest as they come. Twice now I've come to them with "problems" that they've talked me out of wasting money on. They use good old fashion diagnostics to insure that they aren't just throwing parts at the problem to waste your time and money.
My husband and I have had a great experience with this shop. Excellent brake job and fair prices. Once my electrical panel lit up with the trac off and check engine light. They found my gas cap wasn't tight enough and it caused a vacuum. I was relieved at the quick, easy fix. I would have had to pay $180 at the dealership to find out something simple like that. I wasn't even charged here at all :)
