I had a break down along the way and had to be here for a whole morning while waiting for repairs. It’s a healthy way to get to know the people who work there and see them make decisions. I was the only person waiting and they took notice. My repair was front loaded and they were cognizant of my needs. I also felt very comfortable with the decisions the owner made. Everything from personnel decisions to repair advice, he was pleasant to customers and employees alike. This is the type of place that will treat you fair and make you feel like you matter to them. I fully expect them to be a much larger shop in the future as they know how to do it right.

I'm a long haul truck driver. I move to jeffersontow a couple months ago from South Carolina was in need of some work on my hyundai sonata 2012 2.0T limited with low miles. Im so overjoyed and relieved how the men at this shop helped me this morning. I always come here for my repairs. I was close by and my rear turn signal went out and I was in a panic. I pulled over to their shop and asked if they could repair it. They looked so busy. Not only did they come in the parking lot...IN THE POURING RAIN!! They got it fixed in 15 minutes. They always go above and beyond, and always explain everything and are beyond fair on cost. Exceptional service. Haven't seen this before and I'm 52. One of the most challenging decisions for a car owner is trying to find a mechanic you can trust, work that is complete, and problems are solved. Well, let me help EVERYONE out, The Shop is hands down that garage. I took my Ram in with a horrible oil leak in the front end of the engine. Jacob Zimmerlee (being short staffed that day) took my truck back, diagnosed the problem, called me with a plan and did everything he said he’d do. Jacob had me ready to go the same day. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The Shop is the garage to go. I see 200 patients a week and I’m telling every one of them about The Shop.

They also found some issues that can be addressed later. Gave me some quotes and I will be able to budget it and come back. Now I can drive with some peace of mind. Bonus points: When they replace parts they keep the worn items to show you what was wrong. This kind of shop is far and few between. They earned my business. Was an awesome experience with some dudes that just love cars and love saving people time and money. Came in to have my ac evacuated so I could do some work on it and they offered to do a vacuum test to check for leaks, didn’t find any charged it up and got me on my way!
