One of the most challenging decisions for a car owner is trying to find a mechanic you can trust, work that is complete, and problems are solved. Well, let me help EVERYONE out, The Shop is hands down that garage. I took my Ram in with a horrible oil leak in the front end of the engine. Jacob Zimmerlee (being short staffed that day) took my truck back, diagnosed the problem, called me with a plan and did everything he said he’d do. Jacob had me ready to go the same day. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The Shop is the garage to go. I see 200 patients a week and I’m telling every one of them about The Shop.

Addition to previous post: I have lived in Europe, the middle east and all over the U.S. During those 60 years I have had 38 cars and been to countless service centers...but The Shop SHOULD GET 6 STARS! They diagnosed and repaired things other mechanics could not find...and they found multiple other things that needed immediate attention I didn't know were developing and potentially serious problems.Skilled, caring and honest mechanics are a rare breed, but that's what you get with Steven and his team! Wonderful mechanic! Got me in for an oil change before closing, even though I was late arriving since I was stuck in traffic after work. My mother also used this mechanic and they saved her from losing her tire after a different mechanic shop left a long hammer in the underside of her car. I've been to the shop before and came back because they did a great job the first time. Most recently, my car was having issues with no warning lights, and they were able to diagnose the problem the same day I dropped it off. They explained everything clearly, gave helpful recommendations, and never pressured me into an expensive service that was not necessary. As long as I live in Louisville I'll bring my car here. If you have an Audi, bring it here over the dealer, better in every way.
