Steven was down to earth and very helpful. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of and I felt heard when I explained the weird sound I was hearing coming from my car. Their pricing was much cheaper than Meinike plus this is a local business. The Shop was able to assess and repair my car within 24 hours (serpentine belt replacement, oil change, gasket replacement, spark plug replacement). The inside of my car was not dirty nor did it smell of oil like some of the other shops I’ve used in the past. Also, I realized when I got home that I had left my backpack in the backseat the whole time that had personal information and my laptop inside and nothing was disturbed or missing. The Shop and Steven were friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. Definitely will be going back for future car repair needs. Heard of this business via word of mouth and I plan to spread the word too. Great experience!

These are the most honest and hardworking people you’ll ever meet. my sister and I are for Cincinnati and we were in the area to purchase a car from carvana (I KNOW) we got it and went to find the first body shop that would take us. first every other body shop only works on specific cars then the others that we did find in the area had a wait till next week. We called them they said they were about to close but will take us for a inspection. we went there they said this is a “no go car “had a previous accident that we were not aware of problems with the oil and bunch of other things that was never explained to us. They are so nice hardworking and knowledgeable they told us to take this care back and get a new one or DONT BUY FROM CARVANA EVER. The people there are the best . “Always go somewhere you can trust” these are those people thank you so much for all your help

My husband and I have had a great experience with this shop. Excellent brake job and fair prices. Once my electrical panel lit up with the trac off and check engine light. They found my gas cap wasn't tight enough and it caused a vacuum. I was relieved at the quick, easy fix. I would have had to pay $180 at the dealership to find out something simple like that. I wasn't even charged here at all :)

Oil Housing Adaptor cracked resulting in Coolant/Oil leaking and mixing. The Shop got my vehicle in and repaired the next day after calling for a quote. Cost was the most competitive of a handful of quotes I received from other local repair shops. Would use again!

My mother-in-law had a fantastic experience with the shop regarding her car repairs. She specifically asked me to leave them a 5 star review on google. They efficiently addressed her oil cooler issue and they also proactively informed her about the condition of the brakes. Her car was fixed in one day! Previously, she had visited another shop expressing concerns about unusual noises when turning, but they failed to resolve the issue or notify her about the bad brakes during their inspection. My mother-in-law felt very comfortable communicating with the technician at this shop, which made the experience even better. Moved back to J-Town. Passed this shop several times and had never stopped in. Needed some engine work done on my 96 Mustang GT. Explained the problem and was told they could take care of it. They completed the work in a timely manner and kept in contact with me the whole time the vehicle was there. The staff is very knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and professional. Would recommend this shop to any car person that wants quality work done. All my cars will be going here for any repairs.

This place is great and would definitely recommend it to anyone. I have used them a few times already and haven't had any issues come from their work. First off the staff is super friendly and helpful which puts you at ease. Secondly they will diagnose your car and break it down for you on what specifically is wrong and not try and upsell you on what you wouldn't need. They also run car fax reports on your car to see what maintenance should be done on your car to help maintain and prolong the life of your car. They also follow up after they have done the service to check to make sure no issues have come up. If your looking for a new place to take your car, check them out you will not be disappointed.

I had a new engine put in my Kia sorento they fixed it so quick and my car runs as good as when I bought it brand new. They also Educated more about my car things the car dealer ship won’t tell you. Honest and transparent with quality work! There’s a lot of anxiety bringing your vehicle in for a ‘noise’. A mechanic can tell you anything about what’s wrong and what’s needed. Luckily, Steven and his team diagnosed and fixed exactly what was wrong. They took the time to explain it with pictures. Was up front about the plan, timeframe and costs. I cannot say enough about how fantastic The Shop is! They are not only a great auto shop, but one with integrity. Steven and Jacob were so amazing. I went in to have my wheel barring replaced. I told them about my experience at Meineke and that they just did the brakes... Jacob found that the brake job I just had done by Meineke (Don't ever go there for anything!) reused old hardware and was missing pieces, and that a tire was missing a lug nut because they stripped the bolt! Jacob was so nice and fixed all of Meineke's mistakes for free, made sure to show me what the bad parts looked like compared to the new ones, AND without me asking, took pics of the awful job Meineke did (along with notes) so that I could make formal complaints to the company. To top it off, they gave me an amazing deal on the wheel barring replacement! They 100% have my business from here on out. Thank you for making sure my car was taken care of and safe to drive 🚗👨‍🔧💙

This place has got my business from here on out. I came in for a standard full synthetic oil change. They did a routine inspection and found the source of a spooky sound that I had been hearing that I didn’t even think to tell them about! They also identified that I had an oil leak, which I was not aware of. They physically showed me where the issues were, which I felt was very transparent of them. They also explained everything to me to make sure I understood why certain things needed to be replaced. I felt like they treated me with the utmost care, which I really appreciated. Their pricing is also super reasonable. I am so glad I decided to try them out for an oil change! They will be my go-to shop now! Thanks a ton!

My second great experience at The Shop. Those guys do really great work, and in a professional and timely manner. Had a hole in the radiator on my RAV4. It was going to take a week or two at least at another place I checked, but I just couldn’t wait that long. Needed the car for a trip in 5 days.
