Very transparent about what your vehicle does and doesn’t need. Very rare that you find a shop that doesn’t try to squeeze money out of your pocket. Super friendly and very knowledgeable group as well!
Great service, and range of services. Great products, and, range of products with competitive pricing. (They saved me $35 on my battery alone) But for me, and, most importantly are the great people at ‘The Shop’. Fantastic customer service and support. The owners really have a handle on how to treat their customers fairly and with a service you will not forget.

FRIENDLY EXPERIENCE AND QUALITY WORK! Having a knowledgeable mechanic you can trust is a rare find in any community. But my experience with "The Shop" in J-Town and with the owner, Steven, has been outstanding! I had two unrelated issues with my Ford Escape.
