My husband and I have had a great experience with this shop. Excellent brake job and fair prices. Once my electrical panel lit up with the trac off and check engine light. They found my gas cap wasn't tight enough and it caused a vacuum. I was relieved at the quick, easy fix. I would have had to pay $180 at the dealership to find out something simple like that. I wasn't even charged here at all :)

Great experience at this place and very well ran. Had some problems with my truck was able to get me in the same day and have it ready 2 days later. This was seriously the first time someone has ever walked me through everything I had going on. Even offered to have there specialist come up as well if I wanted. When I went in to pick up my car they had everything laid out on the counter so I could visually see everything they had told me they were going to replace and had the team as well there. Mind blown!!!! I might add that before they did anything he even offered to let me take anywhere else and get an another opinion before doing anything. Hats off to these guys. Can't tell you enough how much I recommend this place.

Was an awesome experience with some dudes that just love cars and love saving people time and money. Came in to have my ac evacuated so I could do some work on it and they offered to do a vacuum test to check for leaks, didn’t find any charged it up and got me on my way! Saved me a bunch of time and money replacing a compressor. Can’t thank the guys there enough!

Steven was down to earth and very helpful. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of and I felt heard when I explained the weird sound I was hearing coming from my car. Their pricing was much cheaper than Meinike plus this is a local business. The Shop was able to assess and repair my car within 24 hours (serpentine belt replacement, oil change, gasket replacement, spark plug replacement). The inside of my car was not dirty nor did it smell of oil like some of the other shops I’ve used in the past. Also, I realized when I got home that I had left my backpack in the backseat the whole time that had personal information and my laptop inside and nothing was disturbed or missing. The Shop and Steven were friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. Definitely will be going back for future car repair needs. Heard of this business via word of mouth and I plan to spread the word too. Great experience!

My mother-in-law had a fantastic experience with the shop regarding her car repairs. She specifically asked me to leave them a 5 star review on google. They efficiently addressed her oil cooler issue and they also proactively informed her about the condition of the brakes. Her car was fixed in one day! Previously, she had visited another shop expressing concerns about unusual noises when turning, but they failed to resolve the issue or notify her about the bad brakes during their inspection. My mother-in-law felt very comfortable communicating with the technician at this shop, which made the experience even better. Had my Highlander in to do an oil change after attempting myself. Turns out the last place I had it had tightened the oil filter to a Herculean level. Luckily the guys there were able to remove it without damaging the filter housing which was amazing. I have found my new permanent home for auto repair.

There's a reason The Shop's parking lot is perpetually packed, and it's not because the towering skeleton out front is a popular fellow: these guys know what they're doing, and they do it well. We have five vehicles, from my grandfather's aging F150 that's nearly as old as I am to a Fusion young enough to go to kindergarten to an ugly-but-running Town and Country, and The Shop's team of mechanics has provided excellent service to all of them. All of our automotive work is done by these guys now, and I recommend that you do the same.

I cannot say enough about how fantastic The Shop is! They are not only a great auto shop, but one with integrity. Steven and Jacob were so amazing. I went in to have my wheel barring replaced. I told them about my experience at Meineke and that they just did the brakes... Jacob found that the brake job I just had done by Meineke (Don't ever go there for anything!) reused old hardware and was missing pieces, and that a tire was missing a lug nut because they stripped the bolt! Jacob was so nice and fixed all of Meineke's mistakes for free, made sure to show me what the bad parts looked like compared to the new ones, AND without me asking, took pics of the awful job Meineke did (along with notes) so that I could make formal complaints to the company. To top it off, they gave me an amazing deal on the wheel barring replacement! They 100% have my business from here on out. Thank you for making sure my car was taken care of and safe to drive 🚗👨‍🔧💙

Steven (The owner) was recommended to me by a friend for a tune up and eval on my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. I could not have asked for better service and transparency from Steven and his crew. They went ahead and gave me a run down on the price for the services my truck needed before pulling the trigger on the repairs, and educated me along the process. The entire process was smooth, honest, and quite efficient. Had everything taken care of within a day, and I told them they could take their time with my truck. I will only be taking my truck to this shop from here on out.

These are the most honest and hardworking people you’ll ever meet. my sister and I are for Cincinnati and we were in the area to purchase a car from carvana (I KNOW) we got it and went to find the first body shop that would take us. first every other body shop only works on specific cars then the others that we did find in the area had a wait till next week. We called them they said they were about to close but will take us for a inspection. we went there they said this is a “no go car “had a previous accident that we were not aware of problems with the oil and bunch of other things that was never explained to us. They are so nice hardworking and knowledgeable they told us to take this care back and get a new one or DONT BUY FROM CARVANA EVER. Found them through google and the reviews are spot on. Brought a car I just purchased for a thorough inspection. They found a coolant leak and fixed it on the spot. They also found some issues that can be addressed later. Gave me some quotes and I will be able to budget it and come back. Now I can drive with some peace of mind. Bonus points: When they replace parts they keep the worn items to show you what was wrong. This kind of shop is far and few between. They earned my business. This place is great and would definitely recommend it to anyone. I have used them a few times already and haven't had any issues come from their work. First off the staff is super friendly and helpful which puts you at ease. Secondly they will diagnose your car and break it down for you on what specifically is wrong and not try and upsell you on what you wouldn't need. They also run car fax reports on your car to see what maintenance should be done on your car to help maintain and prolong the life of your car. They also follow up after they have done the service to check to make sure no issues have come up. If your looking for a new place to take your car, check them out you will not be disappointed.
